Relationships are a fundamental aspect to our existence. From the time we are born to the time we have grown to be self-sufficient adults, we rely on human interaction and care in order to survive.

The foundations to how we relate to others is created largely through childhood and continues to expand and grow throughout our lives. As we grow, our relationship needs change.

One of the key recurring issues I see in my coaching practice are people who are unhappy with some aspect of their relationship with another person.

It could be their spouse, their parents, their boss, or friends. Whatever the nature of the relationship, somewhere along the way, people have become unhappy with how they interact with this other person.

They are no longer getting their needs met.

What happened? Whose fault is it? Is it them, you, or perhaps both?

A Spiritual Life coach or spiritual mentor specializes in working with individuals that are interested in deepening their connection to their inner Self while pursuing creative ways in which to enrich their lives with spiritual/intuitive processes.

I work with individual’s to help connect the dots; allowing them to see the bigger picture from a heightened perspective. The past is the past and cannot be changed, but we can change the way we see things and reframe our perspective to one of empowerment and self-mastery.

My work with clients is highly intuitive; with each client presenting different areas to focus on, resulting in different methods, tools, and energetic practices that are offered. Different people need different approaches depending on their belief systems and perspectives. 

What Is Your Process?

All clients schedule a discovery call to review their current life situation, needs, desires, and aspirations. We discuss what you’ve tried and what your looking to become. In this call we set the tone for our engagement together and confirm that our vision is aligned to bring out the best of what it is you want to achieve working together. I offer both a 3 month and 6 month 1:1 coaching package.

After the initial discovery call we then take a deep dive into your current life view and perspective. All client’s have 100% control of their coaching development and understand that they set the pace for how fast or slow their transformation occurs. The more engaged and committed a client is, the more they get out of their Spiritual Mentorship.

Every six weeks I issue a review and feedback form for all clients to allow for reflection and reassess goals. Many client’s experience profound shifts and find it helfpul to take inventory on where they started and where they are now.

Working With Your Energy

As a yogini, mystic, and energy practioner, I also work with clients energetically. Before all of our sessions I meditate to gain a clearer sense of what you need and how to offer you the best guidance. My work is intuitive. As everyone is different, people will present with different needs and challenges. It is my job as a spiritual teacher and mentor to know what you need, when you need it, and how to present this to you in a way that will have you be receptive and willing to make the changes necessary for your spiritual journey and transformation. By tuning into your energy before sessions I personalize spiritual roadmaps that help you navigate your journey in the best way for you.

Guided meditations are also part of sessions where both the client and I agree that going within will very often get you beyond your current predicament. Do not underestimate the power of guided meditations and energy work. This subtle dimension often elicits the most profound energetic and perspective shifts in clients; you do not have to be exceptionally spiritual to derive the benefits of a guided meditation. All that is required is a willingness to let go of what no longer serves you and an eagerness to receive that which wants to be heard.

I also regularly tune into your energy throughout the week to help stabilize and balance you while also transmitting love and higher vibrations. Love is a very powerful healer. Love can clear away any negative influences and help you stay on track. 

Guided meditations during sessions often inspires clients to create their own personal daily practice. For those that are so inclined, I help you to create a personalized spiritual meditation program and morning ritual which helps to stabilize, balance, and ground your energy. 

Face to Face via Google Meet or Traditional Phone Coaching? 

My focus is on cultivating greater self-awareness. In most cases, phone coaching is preferred as the focus is on the spiritual intent and not based on the personality. The more comfortable and relaxed one is, the better engagement and faster the transformation.

For those that still feel more comfortable having face-to-face sessions, I do offer Google Meet calls. When it is time to meditate we both turn off our cameras so that you can relax in the present moment just listening to my voice as I guide you. When the meditation is over, we both turn our cameras back on to discuss.

My client’s are not limited to my local California area. I work with people all over the world.

How To Be More Confident – The Confidence Formula That Works

We all admire those with that cool, calm and collected air of presence; a heady combination of self-assurance, wit, ease, and grace. These are the people that walk into a room with all eyes on them; a magnetic force too strong to deny.

They speak with power. They walk with purpose. They command attention without uttering a word.

Where does this self assurance come from? How is self confidence made?

We Are All Growing Into Someone

As youngsters we had to be taught the rules of how to live in this world starting with basic communication skills like speaking, reading and writing. These skills were systematically learned one upon another over years of continuing education. Whether you go so far as to earn your P.h.D or get certified in a vocation, the aim is to acquire a skill set or knowledge base that can be readily implemented to further your livelihood.

As the years go by, this accumulated knowledge is implemented through action over and over again until a certain level of competence has been gained. Accountants crunch numbers, sales people sell, doctors support patients and artists hone their craft.

Experience begets expertise.

Thus it comes as no surprise that those among us who excel at what we do, are more confident than others.

When our knowledge and abilities are continually executed with a high level of precision that results in a successful track record, we build confidence.

Confidence is a skill that can be learned – but more often earned.

Confidence Comes From Competence

So why do so many people suffer from low self-esteem or feel insecure? Well, if all human beings learn the same way and are made up of the same basic genetic structure and mental capabilities, then it stands to reason that most people simply haven’t exerted any level of effort to excel in something by which they can feel confident about.

Confidence is a byproduct of successful execution.

When we say that we suffer from not being ‘confident’, it simply means that we are not really competent. Competence is defined as the ability to do something successfully. Whether it is public speaking, building a business, losing weight or forming healthy romantic relationships, it doesn’t matter what arena of life your self-doubt and insecurity manifests – you have not mastered the skill-set needed to perform at a competent level of mastery.

INFORMATION —> KNOWLEDGE —> EXECUTION = SELF MASTERY = CONFIDENCE

Information that turns into knowledge which is then continuously executed is the formula for Self Mastery. If you’re feeling anxious, insecure and unsure then rest assured you likely haven’t paid your dues or logged enough hours. You cannot earn a black belt in one weekend, build your dream business overnight, or find your true love when you don’t love yourself. In every area of life there is foundation work required before successful execution results in competence. After all, they say that it takes 10,000 hours of practice before you can master any skill. How many hours have you logged?

In rare cases where people have tried but have continuously failed, the answer is not in the execution but in the approach. If you are doing something and not getting the results you want, then obviously you need to change your method of execution.

No one said life was easy, but it certainly gives you exactly what you are putting into it. Not getting the results you want? Go out, get new information, turn it into knowledge and execute. Same formula – different data set. Life is really that simple.

Want to feel good about yourself? Having the desire to feel good isn’t enough.

Remember the formula? Information —> Knowledge —> Execution = Mastery. Go out and build your knowledge base, read books by inspiring people, watch videos of how the happy live their lives, take classes that excite you, and associate with happy, healthy, loving people who you can learn from.

Want to lose weight? Having the desire to lose weight isn’t enough.

Remember the formula? Information —> Knowledge —> Execution = Mastery. Go out and build your knowledge base, read books on proper nutrition, watch videos and documentaries of how the physical body works, take classes at the gym and associate with physically active, healthy individuals who are already the living embodiment of the life you want to live.

Life offers many ways in which to obtain new information that can be turned into knowledge. The trick is in going out and obtaining this new information and executing it consistently. With consistency one eventually obtains experience and with experience comes confidence. Life really is that simple.

What would you do if you knew you could not fail?

Failure is a part of life and those that are at the top of their fields have failed many, many, many times. Mistakes are life’s greatest teacher and many successful people know that any new endeavor will see some inevitable mistakes along the way. This is simply par for the course. Mistakes are natural, normal, and totally acceptable.

The Time Is Now

Please see that our ‘personality’ is nothing more than a construct; an accumulation of life experiences, knowledge, and the interpretations we put on them. It doesn’t matter where you feel insecure, for insecurity is just limited data or failure of execution. What matters is obtaining the right knowledge from the right place and taking action. If you follow the formula then success and confidence are natural byproducts.

How To Manifest Quickly With Mind Movies

Remember when you played as a kid and your imagination would run wild? Remember seeing toys come to life with names, histories, personalities, hopes and dreams? Remember how these inanimate companions had the power to comfort, console, and even heal? Who do you think was doing the comforting, consoling, and healing? We project our inner world onto our external world yet we seem to have forgotten that all of this is simply child’s play. Imagination is Creation – always has been and always will be. Nothing has really changed. No matter our age, we continue to project our inner world and interpret this as reality.

We have forgotten that we are the master’s of our reality. We have forgotten that we create the rules. One really spectacular way to get back in our ‘imagination’ groove is to consciously create mind movies. Everyone is familiar with the fun creative tool that dream boards offer. Well, mind movies are dream boards on steroids. They are a very potent way to be in alignment with your overall vision and stay motivated on goals. Whether we realize it or not, we are already engaged in mind movies all day long. The issue is that our mind movies are unconscious or not very helpful for us. By purposely creating, watching and listening to your personal mind movie daily you are reprogramming your mind which feeds imagination and thus results in creation and manifestation. It’s that simple.

How To Use Mind Movies To Create Your Future

If you want to create more peace, abundance, increased clarity, or happiness then creating a personal mind movie with music and images that inspire you is the first step. Be sure to include affirmations that are in alignment to your goal. Images should definitely create a visceral reaction and evoke emotions in order to bring your future self into this present moment. Remember, your body doesn’t know the difference between a current or future event. It is simply following your thoughts in the NOW. So, use this to your advantage and create a mind movie that motivates you, thrills you, and inspires you into creating this reality for yourself now. Everytime you watch your mind movie you are training your body to live this future self now! Afterall, you are watching a movie of you! Watching your mind movie can be used alongside your daily meditation practice (if you have one). When we meditate we move from beta brain waves to alpha and theta (sometimes even gamma). These altered states of consciousness are beyond the analytical/conscious mind. If we meditate first and then watch our mind movie, our brain is still entrained to a higher vibration and taking in the images, sounds, and emotions from your movie will be more impactful to your subconscious mind where most of our programming takes place. Meditating and watching your mind movie in the morning, just after waking, and then again before bed is a good way to help bring all these positive qualities into your life. Just like anything in life, consistency is key. It is best to commit to at least 45 days of watching your mind movie twice daily in order to see results.

Mind Movies Tips and Tricks 

Change does not happen overnight. If we don’t pay attention to subtle changes in our thoughts or environment we might think that nothing is happening to us, so it is important to pay attention during this time of growth and expansion. A great sign that that your mind movie is beginning to take shape is the nature of your thoughts have changed. You may find yourself having ‘baby mind movies’ aka as daydreams. These new daydreams are a direct result of the new wiring, firing and thinking in our brain. These daydreams serve as the imagination fuel for creation and manifestation to bring thought into reality. Never underestimate the power of imagination! To help bring your Mind Movie to life it is helpful to journal our thoughts, feelings and emotions of any new discoveries, serendipities or chance encounters with interesting new people or experiences. These are subtle signs that we are slowly bringing into our world the changes that we seek. Pay attention – change is happening! There are no coincidences. How To Use A Mind Movie To Consciously Create A New You: 1) Create or find a Mind Movie that is alignment to your future goals and new Self 2) Commit to watching your Mind Move for at least 45 days, 2x’s per day 3) Watch your Mind Movie in the morning and in the evening 4) Get a journal and keep notes of any new thoughts, feelings, emotions that you are experiencing 5) Notice any serendipitous coincidences, experiences, or people that may unexpectedly come into your life to help you be in alignment with your vision 6) Celebrate small wins and be kind to yourself as you slowly change from one paradigm of reality to a new and improved one

All this imaginary work is vital to establishing a new paradigm of reality. Being able to actively visualize and feel a new future-self living your dream life brings the courage and necessary energy to build this new reality into physical manifestation. What Does Introversion and Extroversion REALLY Mean?

Have you labelled yourself as an introvert or an extrovert?

If you have, you are certainly not alone. Introversion and extroversion are a popular way of labelling, categorizing, and understanding how a person interacts with the world.

This understanding usually has the added belief that your personality is fixed, static, and unchanging. Do you believe this to be true? How does this benefit or limit you? Have you ever asked yourself these questions?
