A recent youtube subscriber had written:
“Thank you. I wish I had followed your advice yesterday during my interview for my dream job. I only had a couple of hours sleep the night before (because of stress) and found myself talking and revealing too much during the interview, mostly due to exhaustion. I am much more reserved when rested. It would be good if you could do a video on unconscious self-sabotage or dealing with failure (if you haven’t already)” (This comment was in response to my video on The Art of Silence)
How many can relate?
– When you want to eat healthier but find yourself eating junk food,…
– When you want to start that business but lose steam after a few weeks,…
– When you look for love but attract all the wrong partners,…
– When you vow to spend more quality time with your kids/spouse/parents/etc but find other excuses to occupy yourself,…
– When you try to stick to routines that are healthy and more productive but conveniently forget, avoid, or distract yourself,…
Why do we self-sabotage ourselves? What is behind all this?
What is the spiritual perspective on this?
I answer all these questions and more in today’s video:
