What Is Spiritual Life Coaching?
A Spiritual Life Coach helps individual’s already on a path towards wholeness, integration, and realization. Just as a sports coach understands the inherent highs and lows of preparation and competition, so a Spiritual Life Coach has the necessary awareness to help guide, enlighten, and empower individual’s along their personal spiritual journey.
Spiritual life coaching enables a client to move forward in the areas of personal development, relationships, health and wellness, and meditation while working with clients to develop greater overall awareness and higher levels of perception.
Clients always set the agenda while a Spiritual Life Coach facilitates the process of discovery through: introspection, intuition, meditation, motivation and deep connection.
Coaching always revolves around a clients personal vision and values. The partnership between the coach and client includes goal setting, creating a mindset for success and happiness, understanding and managing emotions, getting in touch with innate creativity, using effective time management, developing intuition, navigating conflict, creating effective boundaries, understanding keys to success, and inviting prosperity and abundance in one’s life.
A very important aspect for some clients is learning to develop a personal daily meditation practice that serves as a firm foundation for lasting transformational change.
Who Is Coaching For?
Spiritual Life Coaching is for individuals seeking to understand life at a deeper and more profound level of awareness. Self-improvement and financial gain is important but many have come to know that there is still something missing even when the greatest successes have been realized. No matter how much weight you lose, how much money you earn, or how many friends you have, there will still be an inner longing for more.
This more that people seek is actually our connection with existence itself; beyond the confines of thoughts, emotions and our physical bodies. While life coaching is focused on working on the external life, spiritual and meditation coaching is focused on an individual’s internal life. By balancing both the inner and the outer, an individual can navigate through life untouched by life’s ups and downs.
This ability to ‘ride the waves’ as they come are what the great Masters and ancient Yogi’s refer to as ‘vairagya’, which means, beyond color. When you are beyond color, or transparent, you can find yourself in any life circumstance and not be affected by it. This is because you are flexible; not rigid in your judgments or prejudices. Working with a Spiritual Coach offers you the opportunity to develop a greater sense of self-awareness which opens you to participating in all facets of life while still maintaining your inner harmony, balance, and joy. This inner joy is not dependent on outside circumstances but is cultivated within and is ever present.

What is The Process Like?
Spiritual Life Coaching works at its best when both the client and coach are fully committed to the process. The willingness to change is the only prerequisite to working with a Spiritual Life Coach.
Most coaching relationships are initiated with a 90 day non-binding commitment after which both the coach and the client decide to continue working together or determine that what they set out to accomplish is complete.
During the coaching process there will be opportunities to try on new ways of doing things and taking on new perspectives. There will most certainly be times where a client is asked to stretch themselves. These challenges are developed together to stimulate growth and maximize transformation.

Coaching always starts with where you are. All clients complete a Welcome Pack which offers an opportunity to provide insight into current strengths, challenges, and behavior patterns.

Spiritual Life Coaching is all about creating a solid foundation by which to develop all areas of your life. This foundation is the quality of your consciousness, ie. your attitude towards life and your overall mindset.
In each and every coaching session we will uncover hidden aspects to your current life view and work to shift your perception into a more positive heart centered awareness with an ever expanding level of consciousness. You will be learn to develop an empowered mindset in order to make healthier more positive decisions in your life.

Personal guided meditations during sessions help to uncover any self sabotaging behavior, roadblocks, and areas of unconsciousness while also enlightening and empowering clients to get in touch with their own inner wisdom and clarity.
Each client may choose to develop their own morning spiritual practice which may include: setting a daily intention, connecting to gratitude, loving-kindness meditation, Buddhist prayer of Forgiveness, Ho’popnopono prayer for healing mantra, free writing for emotional release, and/or focus, concentration, or relaxation meditations.
Everyone is different and has different needs, but the overall framework for Spiritual Life Coaching is always the same: learning to direct your focus in life, concentrating your inner power, and giving total attention and full awareness to your goals. With these ingredients, clients are set up for lasting success in any area of their life.

I have always asked the big questions in life; Why are we here? What is our purpose? What is existence?
Like all human beings I seek love and happiness and like many I have had my share of suffering.
At the tender age of 15 I came upon a book called, ‘Autobiography of a Yogi‘ by Paramahansa Yogananda which forever changed my life. With just a sense of wonder and a desire to seek lifelong happiness, I began meditating on my own.
Through meditation and learning to go within I discovered how to get beyond my current level of understanding and limited perspective on life.
Fear and anxiety are primal reactions whereas compassion and understanding are evolved responses. It is the quality of our consciousness that determines our reality.
The greatest lesson I’ve learned is a very simple one: one must go within to get beyond.
The continuing journey of conscious growth and expansion is why we are all here. Everyone of us is beautiful, unique and has something of value to offer this world.
